The Rail Profile Grinder is a versatile and easy to operate machine. The trimmed joint can be ground easily within the specified tolerances in less than 15 minutes. The machine is fitted with frictionless rollers that hold it against the rail head. The finishing adjustments are possible by a hand-wheel provided with the machine. The machine can be easily inclined up to 90° thereby permitting its operator to have easy access to all grinding positions over the rail head. Adequate safety guards are built into the machine. The ease of operation considerably reduces fatigue to the operator.
